The staff spoke excellent English. Room service was great. We loved the room. Great location for exploring Ordu. Would recommend to friends visiting.

The breakfast was good and the gym equipment was top-notch.

The room felt outdated and there was a strange smell. The pool area was also disappointing, as the chairs were uncomfortable.

Room had a nice sea view and was very spacious with a comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Location was perfect for accessing the seafront and there were great dining options nearby. Enjoyed the hotel's pool and fitness facilities too.

The hotel's staff were generally unfriendly and unresponsive. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with uncleaned dishes in the shared areas and the pool, which grossed me out. I did not feel that my concerns were addressed, and I will not recommend this hotel to others.
